Safety

Given the nature of our work, prioritizing safety is an absolute must. Our employees and partners understand the importance of keeping our work environment safe at all times. 

Training

AEI sets our employees up for success by ensuring they are properly trained for their job duties. This includes (but is not limited to) jobsite orientations, OSHA certifications, CPR classes, and any task-specific train needed for work to be completed safely.

Communication

Communication is key when it comes to ensuring jobsite safety. Toolbox talks to discuss safety topics are held regularly. All employees are informed of their duty to report incidents or unsafe conditions and of their responsibility to stop work if necessary.
